What happened is that I did set up a test post with Mr. Linky. Then when I got the go-ahead to host Fun Monday, I just thought I would re-name that post and add my theme description. I mean, the Mr. Linky thingie was already inserted, so why not. I didn't realize that Blogger would keep the Test Mr. Linky name in the address. Sorry for the confusion.
I'm in, its been a while since i had to deal with bad neighbors, but I do have a story. I can't wait to read the stories.

thanks for this, i like to vent about annoying neighbors, the ones we have now are mildly annoying, but it seems much worse because of the NC--newborn content of our household.. as in we're not sleeping and pounding music at 2 am when we just got to bed at 1 and will have to be up again around 4 is pissing me off. especially when there are complex wide quiet hours starting at 10 pm
